If you have a computer problem and you’re still lucky enough to be connected to the Internet, then Micro Genie can provide instant support Now!.
It’s really very simple to use our remote support service, but before you call us, it may save time if you familiarise yourself with these instructions:
1. – Call Micro Genie on O845 4818185.
2. – When instructed by the Micro Genie technician, click on the button below marked "Click Here for Remote Support", a Security Warning will then appear. Please don't worry, we need to install a small file on your computer to enable us to see the problem.
Please Click "Run"
3. – The TeamViewer software will then start to download, its only a small file so it won't take long, once it has finished a second Security Warning will then appear, this is just to confirm that you want to install the software now it has downloaded.
Please Click "Run"
4. – The TeamViewer software will install in no time at all and a screen will appear with showing you an ID Number and Password, your Micro Genie technician will ask for these details as and when required to connect to you computer.
