It’s really very simple to use our remote support service, but before you call us, it may save time if you familiarise yourself with these instructions:

1. – Call Micro Genie on O845 4818185.

2. – When instructed by the Micro Genie technician, click on the button below marked "Click Here for Remote Support", a The TeamViewer software will then automatically start to download. Please don't worry, we need to install a small file on your computer to enable us to see the problem.its only a small file so it won't take long, during the download process a screen similar to the following will appear.

3. – Once the download is complete the following screen will appear, please double click the The TeamViewer icon the software will then start to run.

Please Double click the TeamViewer icon to start TeamViewer QuickSupport

4. – The TeamViewer software will start in no time at all and a screen will appear with showing you an ID Number and Password, your Micro Genie technician will ask for these details as and when required to connect to you computer.
